Motorcoach Service Coordinator Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Motorcoach Service Cooerdinator to help with the day-to-day operations of our Service Department, Write up service with customers, coordinate staff, and ensure all tasked are completed in a timely manner. The Motorcoach Service Coordinator's responsibilities include, ensuring compliance, consulting with customers both in person, by phone and email, and assuring the parts needed for the jobs have been ordered with the parts person, collecting deposits and final payment for work completed.
To be successful as the Motorcoach Service Coordinator, you should have excellent people management skills and a good understanding of business operations. An outstanding Motorcoach Service Coordinator should be able to ensure the smooth operations and maximum profitability of the Service Department.
Motorcoach Service Coordinator Responsibilities:
· Supervising Technicians and evaluating employees
. Meeting and communicating with customers in regards to new service, current service and past service orders.
. Meeting and communicating with customers in regards to new service, current service and past service orders.
· Preparing employee daily work schedule / providing technicians with service orders
· Addressing employee questions or concerns bringing it to upper management if necessary
· Coordinating with the parts department on inventory and ordering/ returning parts
· Motivating employees to reach service goals
· Communicate with Owner and Part's dept on status of service orders, parts status, technician hours daily (sometimes multiple times a day)
· Coordinating with Storage on Vehicles that need to be moved or staged for repairs from the storage company (may be daily or weekly)
Motorcoach Service Coordinator Requirements:
· High School Diploma or Higher
· 2 years’ previous experience
· Strong leadership and management skills
· Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
· Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
· Basic knowledge of time tracking and accounting
· Strong customer focus and decision-making skills
· RV Knowledge or Mechanical Knowledge a plus but not necessary
· Team player attitude
· Punctual
· Time management skill
Pay is based on experience
Salary : $25 - $35
