Motorcoach Service Coordinator Assistant Responsibilities:
- Meeting and communicating with customers in regards to new service, current service and past service orders. Returning all phones calls in a timely manner
- Preparing employee daily work schedule / providing technicians with service orders
- Addressing employee questions or concerns bringing it to upper management if necessary
- Coordinating with the parts department on inventory and ordering/ returning parts
- Communicate between Owner, Service Writer and Part's dept on status of service orders, parts status, technician hours daily (sometimes multiple times a day)
- Coordinating with Storage on Vehicles that need to be moved or staged for repairs from the storage company (may be daily or weekly)
- High School Diploma or Higher
- 2 years’ previous experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of time tracking and accounting
- Strong customer focus and decision-making skills
- RV Knowledge or Mechanical Knowledge a plus but not necessary
- Team player attitude
- Punctual
- Time management skill
