Position Overview
24/7 Mindset Mentorship is seeking a skilled and reliable Videographer / Video
Content Producer to support Victor Ventures and its portfolio of brands. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and content-heavy, supporting 5–6 companies weekly through video production, editing, and podcast execution.
The ideal candidate has real-world field experience, understands brand-driven content, and can operate efficiently within a team-based marketing structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and produce video content for Victor Ventures brands (between 5–6 companies) weekly
- Capture on-site video content as needed (travel required on an as-needed basis)
- Coordinate with companie employees to ensure individuals are prepared for recording prior to shoting.
- Edit and deliver approximately 8-10 short-form videos per day, including long videos as needed.
- Manage and run the 24/7 Podcast, including: Publishing to YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts
- Maintain consistent quality, branding, and turnaround times across all video deliverables
- Collaborate closely with marketing leadership and creative team
Required Qualifications
- Proven field experience recording and producing videos for companies or brands
- Experience working with multiple brands and within a team environment
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Strong editing efficiency and comfort with high-volume output
- Proficiency in: Adobe Rush, CapCut, Canva
- Experience using professional camera equipment
- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
Schedule & Work Conditions
- Onsite, Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Travel required for recording as needed (project-based)
- In-person role with field and office-based responsibilities
