Hi, I’m Wally Elibiary, please feel free to google me and I’m an open book. I barley graduated High School and got in Mortgage at 19 years old as a loan officer assistant. Worked my way up to a Loan Officer, SR Loan Officer, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Manager and now I’m the CEO/President/Founder of Aspire Mortgage Advisors. While I’ve been growing up the business ladder, I have been successfully married for 21 years to my best friend Niki, with a 20-year-old son, Brayden at Arkansas and 19-year-old son, Alexander at Baylor. Since I don’t know how to sit on my hands, I wrote the book 24-7 Mindset that became Wall Street Journal BEST SELLER with 91,000 books sold and counting. With that following I launched my own mortgage loan officer academy with 3,100 graduates so far! Did I mention that I’m ADDHD Dyslexic Dysgraphia, don’t feel sorry for me because I freaking love it. My imagination is off the charts, and my work ethic is unmatched, I love my life and feel like I’m just getting started at 47 years old. I am not trying to run you off but I wanted to transparently share with you I don’t know how to sit still, nor do I want to. I have a well-organized drive with 3,000 short form and 600 long form pieces of content which is why We are seeking a Brand Manager Partner who can take full ownership of building my personal brand—treating it as if it were their own. This role goes beyond traditional marketing: it requires innovation, adaptability to current trends, and a deep commitment to documenting and amplifying my voice, work, and vision across digital and live channels.

 

Key Responsibilities

Personal Brand Development & Awareness

  • Lead daily content creation and distribution across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok to consistently grow Wally’s personal presence.
  • Document and translate Wally’s work within 24-7 Mindset and Aspire Mortgage Advisors into compelling, shareable brand content.
  • Stay ahead of current digital trends, styles, and formats to ensure Wally’s brand presence remains fresh, engaging, and competitive.
  • Publish LinkedIn articles and valuable front-facing content to establish Wally as a thought leader.
  • Manage advertising campaigns: review creatives/copy, track KPIs, and align with awareness and conversion goals.

Podcasts & Media

  • Manage studio setup, recording, editing, and distribution of podcast and video content across Spotify, YouTube, and other channels.
  • Oversee quarterly guest features such as the Mortgage Coach Podcast Show.
  • Develop and distribute monthly content for partner platforms, ensuring alignment with Wally’s personal brand voice.
  • Secure regular speaking opportunities on industry and business podcasts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in brand management, personal branding, or digital marketing.
  • Ability to own and protect a brand voice as if it were your own.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners (ads, community, creatives, editors).
  • A balance of creativity and data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and innovate.
