What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Lead position at 24-7 International?
24-7 International is a global leader in the travel solutions industry. We have brand placements across multiple channels such as Macy's, TJMaxx, Walmart. We also have a strong portfolio of brands both in-house and licensed brands such as Steve Madden and Nicole Miller.
We are currently looking for a warehouse lead in our warehouse to help with day to day activities. We are a small warehouse that only has two team members, so we are looking for somebody with a good head and ability to be well rounded and a jack of all trades. The work it self is not overly physically demanding, but does require some lifting and denesting of a 3 piece luggage total weight about 30 pounds. The work is very stable and not overly busy.
Requirements are as follows:
Loading and unloading materials
Performs duties related to the storage and movement of inventory of equipment including receiving, placing/ returning items into stock inventory location
Moving materials on pallets, stacking pallets, checking to ensure loads are secure
Placing/Returning items into stock inventory locations
Order filling
Inspecting, packing, loading and shipping
Operation of forklift to move materials
Requirements:
Forklift experience required
Basic math Skills
Basic reading and comprehension in English (to read work order instructions, safety and policy manuals)
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to stand, lift, climb and perform various other physical functions
