Cleveland Startup Coordinator – Home Care Intake & Recruiting
24hr HomeCare Solutions is seeking a motivated, self-driven professional to help launch and grow our Cleveland operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, recruiting caregivers, and helping families access quality home care services.
This is a startup position with a weekly stipend and the opportunity to transition into a full-time Branch Coordinator/Office Manager role as our client base grows.
Compensation
- Weekly Stipend: Starting at $350 per week
- Performance bonuses available

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to all new client referrals.
- Conduct intake calls with prospective clients and their families.
- Schedule and coordinate in-home consultations and assessments.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard caregivers.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, case managers, social workers, physicians, senior living communities, and other referral sources.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified caregivers ready for placement.
- Assist with staffing new client cases and providing local operational support.
- Represent 24hr HomeCare Solutions at networking and community events.
- Help establish and grow our presence throughout the Greater Cleveland area.
Qualifications
- Experience in home care, home health, healthcare recruiting, staffing, or healthcare administration preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a startup environment.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to one (1) hour from your home to meet with clients, caregivers, referral partners, and community organizations as business needs require.
- Experience recruiting caregivers is a plus.
- Knowledge of Medicaid and private-pay home care is preferred.
