Overview
Saturdays 6am-2pm: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Member Services Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our members while ensuring smooth operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for helping others. As a Member Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring their experience is positive and fulfilling. Greet members and guests warmly, providing a welcoming atmosphere.

• Membership Sales: $15/$20 per sale
• Assist with membership inquiries, including sign-ups, renewals & cancellations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system.
• Maintain accurate records of member accounts and transactions.
• Provide information on services, promotions, and events to enhance member engagement.
• Support retail sales by promoting products and services effectively.
• Stock shelves and maintain cleanliness in the service area to ensure an organized environment.
• Address member concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary.

Skills

• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Experience with cash registers and POS systems to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Strong customer service skills to ensure member satisfaction.
• Retail sales experience is beneficial for promoting products effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with members and team members alike.
• Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus but not required.
• Attention to detail in stock management and maintaining an organized workspace.
