Automotive Inventory Coordinator/Porter

This isn’t your average "lot-runner" gig—you are the heartbeat of our shop’s daily operations. From mastering "Lot Tetris" to ensure our technicians stay productive, to delivering repaired vehicles directly to our customers with a "white-glove" touch, your role is critical to our success. Responsibilities

• Safely move and position vehicles within the lot, ensuring accurate placement and organization of inventory.
• Assist with custodial duties such as janitorial tasks to maintain a clean and inviting Collision Center environment.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Drive vehicles for pick-ups, deliveries, and/or repositioning purposes while adhering to safety protocols.
• Support inventory management by tracking vehicle locations and ensuring proper documentation of vehicle movements.
• The Face of the Shop: Provide a professional, friendly, and well-groomed presence when picking up and delivering vehicles to customer homes and businesses.
• Vehicle Concierge: Conduct professional walk-around inspections with customers, documenting vehicle condition and ensuring they feel at ease with our service.
• Master of Flow: Strategically manage our lot (Lot Tetris!) to ensure repair bays are always full and completed cars are staged for easy exit.
• Detailing Support: While not our primary detailer, you will perform "Final Touch" inspections—ensuring windows are streak-free, floors are vacuumed, and the car smells fresh before the customer sees it.
• Operational Excellence: Keep keys organized, track vehicle locations, and assist in keeping the shop front and lot looking pristine.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving various types of vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward vehicle presentation and cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
• Experience with car wash services or automotive detailing is a plus but not required.

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
