This includes vehicle selection, performance, accessories, efficiencies, safety features, and financing options for our used inventories. Your role involves presenting pre-owned vehicles to customers in an appealing and informative manner that promotes prompt sales and fosters ongoing relationships to encourage networking and repeat business. The ideal candidate should possess previous sales experience (in any industry), excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, and exceptional communication abilities.
Responsibilities include:- Assisting customers with vehicle selection and promoting model options, features, value-add products and services purchase.- Conducting vehicle test drives while adhering to all speed limits and road rules.- Facilitating vehicle delivery by clearly explaining vehicle and feature operations- Maintaining accurate sales documentation.- Negotiating sale closures in a clear, concise, and ethical manner.- Keeping up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options- Closing deals and exceeding monthly targets.- Demonstrating strong communication and customer service skills.- Performing other duties as assigned.
