Role Responsibilities:
- Develops an understanding of Agency operations and workflows
- Effectively learns business and supports team via communication facilitation and administration
- Develops an understanding of scope creation and purpose
- Take initiative by hand raising for opportunities and suggesting improvements
- Provides information curation support for thought leadership initiatives
- Ability to receive constructive feedback
- Understands and demonstrates Agency culture to all team members and Clients
- Actively creates an inclusive environment that is welcoming to all
- Builds relationships across the Agency, and understands the role of each discipline
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Successfully manage the execution of small projects with oversight
