Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong software development background to support a high-security federal program for the FBI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Agile delivery within complex development environments and the ability to work closely with engineering teams, product owners, and federal stakeholders in a highly secure setting.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support development teams in delivering high-quality software in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Work closely with software engineers to remove blockers and improve delivery velocity.
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices while aligning with program governance and federal compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to maintain a well-prioritized backlog.
- Track sprint progress, generate reports, and communicate delivery status to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes and team efficiency.
- Ensure secure handling of program information in compliance with federal security standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related technical field.
- 5 10 years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to software development or engineering background.
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands-on understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with development teams in enterprise or federal environments.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Clearance Requirement:
- Must possess Active TS clearance or higher.
- Must be willing and eligible to obtain CI Polygraph (FBI requirement.
