Job Responsibilities:.
- This is a licensed professional position accountable for providing clinical therapy services to persons with mental illness and/or intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Completes comprehensive case histories concerning the clients' social, environmental, and economic backgrounds to inform diagnoses and treatment planning.
- Develops individualized treatment plans based on individuals' goals and provides ongoing individual and/or group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
- Responsible for monitoring client progress and working collaboratively with other disciplines to address potential barriers to client treatment.
Required:
- Active LCSW license
- BLS/CPR
