Job Summary
- Reviewing files, organizing, and scanning for uploading.
- Assisting with meeting EPA reporting requirements and facilitating project submission through the SRF process.
- Assisting with the completion and processing of grant applications.
- Receives, reviews, and keeps organized, disbursement settlement applications and payments
- Assisting with preparing and developing reports or queries to assist with data interpretation.
- Performs routine, repetitive, clerical work of a varied nature; does other related duties as required.
- Maintains & prepares mailing lists &files.
- Addresses & mails department correspondence.
- Gives information according to department regulations, in person and by telephone.
- Operates office machines and equipment.
- Will be required to learn various types of office programs & software necessary to perform duties.
Skills:
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Access, or other data processing applications. Coursework or a background in finances would also be an asset.
- BS in Science/Environmental fields.
