Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. The RN will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. This role supports patient health through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care in accordance with professional nursing standards and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assess patient physical and psychosocial conditions and develop appropriate nursing diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and ongoing health care needs.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation according to hospital policies.
• Delegate tasks to care team members based on scope of practice and competency.
• Maintain effective communication during patient handoffs.
• Act as a patient advocate and support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience and assist in resolving patient concerns.
• Utilize hospital equipment, medications, and systems safely and effectively.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of acute care experience required
• Education: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
• Degree: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or BSN accepted
• Licensure/Certifications Required:
• Active California RN License
• AHA BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS Certification

Schedule & Additional Details

• 13-week assignment
• Start Date: April 6, 2026
• Must be willing and able to float to sister facilities as needed

Pay: $2,700.00 - $2,884.00 per week
