Job Description:
- As the COO (fort Lauderdale 33311 zip code) of a boutique, highly regarded Property Tax Assessment Group advisory firm specializing in commercial properties, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business. Your mandate is to steward the business into its next phase of growth by focusing on process improvement, organizational development, and operational excellence. Reporting to the CEO and Founder, you will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of people, processes, and the execution of the strategy, while upholding the company's commitment to client success and professional excellence.
- This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant ready to step fully into a leadership role and being responsible for the entire end-to-end process.
Strategic Partnership & Growth:
- Partner with the CEO on the development of the strategy and lead the execution of a that focused on ensuring the operations can integrate and execute all new business and opportunities
- Drive business development activities, expanding service offerings to existing clients, pursuing new client relationships, and integrate any acquisitions spearheaded by the CEO
- Identify and implement strategic partnerships, alliances to enhance service capabilities and market reach
- Oversee the firm's day-to-day operations through effective delegation to the Director of Operations and Senior Managers
- Champion process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality of service delivery
- Leverage technology and AI solutions to streamline workflows, improve data management, and provide superior client outcomes
- Design and implement organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities that support both current operations and future growth
- Foster a high-performance culture by developing leadership talent and succession pathways within the organization
- Serve as the key ambassador of the company's Purpose and Core Values, ensuring they are embedded in the company culture and daily decision-making
