We're seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and skilled Craft Cocktail Bartender to join our bar team and bring our beverage program to life.
As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional drinks with consistency, speed, and creativity. Your deep understanding of spirits, ingredients, technique, and presentation will play a key role in delivering a premium guest experience. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment and brings positive energy and professionalism to every shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and execute a seasonal cocktail menu using fresh, house-made ingredients
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Provide engaging, knowledgeable, and friendly service to guests at the bar and tables
- Consistently measure, mix, garnish, and present drinks according to recipes and specs
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the bar at all times, including opening and closing duties
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently handle cash and credit transactions
- Collaborate with the bar and management team to contribute ideas and elevate the guest experience
- Comply with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service
- Participate in regular tastings, trainings, and staff education opportunities
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience behind a high-volume, craft cocktail bar
- Mastery of bartending tools, techniques (shaking, stirring, muddling, infusions, etc.), and service etiquette
- Deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, modifiers, fresh ingredients, and cocktail history
- Passion for hospitality, mixology, and delivering memorable experiences
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a composed, professional demeanor
- Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS) preferred
