- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and amenities
- Perform daily trash and recycling removal
- Clean sidewalks, curbs, and exterior areas; assist with snow removal when required
- Monitor building conditions and report maintenance or safety issues
- Assist with moving packages, furniture, or deliveries as needed
- Support building staff with general building operations
- Follow building policies and safety procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Prior porter or janitorial experience preferred (residential building experience a plus)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
- Dependable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (Spanish a plus)
