Neuberger Berman is seeking a Vice President of Treasury for the NB Alternatives platform. This role represents an opportunity to be an initial member in the build out of the centralized treasury team supporting the overall NB Alternatives platform. The Vice President of Treasury will report to the Head of Treasury for NB Alternatives. Responsibilities: Assist with the development, implementation and management of Treasury related systems and policies Develop and maintain bank relationships across multiple coverage segments including corporate banking, financial institutions/sponsors, foreign exchange and interest rate desks, and fund finance/asset-backed lending Analyze and execute hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks related to foreign exchange and interest rate markets; advise Investment teams on hedging strategies Liquidity management/forecasting and investment of cash portfolios Negotiate and execute funding programs (credit facilities, subscription lines, NAV/asset-backed facilities) Ongoing compliance of credit facilities including review and submission of recurring compliance certifications Negotiation of bank fees cards and interest deposit rates Advise Finance and Operations teams on Treasury related items Ongoing monitoring of bank credit exposures Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, FP&A, and accounting Strong understanding of monetary markets, foreign exchange, interest rate markets, business investment management, financing strategies, and hedging strategies Relevant work experience in investment management industry is ideal Proficiency with Bloomberg terminals, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and bank platforms Proven credit facility negotiation experience ideally from a fund or an asset manager perspective Effective at leading and influencing across all levels of seniority with strong managerial experience #LI-Hybrid #LI-MB1 Neuberger Berman is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship. Compensation Details The salary range for this role is $150,000-$185,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
