Position Overview:

The Marketing and Business Development Director will lead strategic initiatives to expand the company’s client base, strengthen community relationships, and enhance the organization’s market presence. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in healthcare marketing and business growth — ideally with 10 years of experience in home care, home health, or healthcare service industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, case managers, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase client acquisition and service expansion.
  • Oversee all branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns, both online and offline.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing and outreach team to achieve measurable performance outcomes.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Represent 21st Century Quality Home Care at community events, networking functions, and professional associations.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development performance, referral activity, and return on marketing investment (ROI).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, business development, or healthcare management.
  • Proven success in home care, home health, hospice, or senior care industry.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed growth targets and referral goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
