Area Manager - Little Rock

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Janitorial Area Manager to lead multiple cleaning sites and support our growing team.

• Oversee daily operations across multiple janitorial accounts.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise janitorial staff.
• Manage employee scheduling, attendance, and performance.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Respond promptly to operational issues and staffing needs.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
• Previous experience managing janitorial or facility services.
• Prior supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel between multiple job sites.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
