Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced O*ffice manager for a distribution center for a growing kitchen cabinet* wholesale business. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations across inventory, logistics, customer pickups, office staff management, and financial processes.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, comfortable managing both people and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Management
- Manage office staff responsible for:
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Inventory management
- Payroll processing
- Track and approve employee hours for office, warehouse, and delivery staff
- Ensure accurate inventory records and reporting
- Support sales operations by maintaining product availability and fulfillment accuracy
Customer Interaction
- Help customer to create a sale order
- Verify orders for accuracy before release
- Ensure a professional, efficient customer pickup experience
Leadership & Oversight
- Schedule, supervise, and support warehouse and office employees
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Identify operational improvements to support growth and efficiency
- Collaborate with ownership and sales leadership on business performance
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics
- Familiarity with accounting processes such as AR, AP, and payroll
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60,000-$84,000 annually
