Job Summary
We’re seeking a Sales Research Assistant to support our internal sales and outreach efforts. This is an entry-level, execution-focused role centered on researching prospective businesses, collecting and validating contact information, preparing outreach materials, and keeping our CRM accurate and organized.
This is not a sales or quota-based role. You will not be responsible for closing deals or pitching products. Limited outbound calls may be required for information gathering only.
Duties
- Research and identify prospective businesses based on defined criteria
- Find, verify, and document company and contact information (names, phone numbers, emails)
- Upload and maintain lead and contact records in our CRM
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistent formatting
- Prepare and print outreach letters and other materials using templates
- Support mail merges and basic outbound list organization
- Track research progress and flag missing or unclear information
- Follow established processes and communicate questions or issues clearly

- Prior experience in research, data entry, administrative support, or operations is helpful but not required

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
