What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Daily Magic)
- Open or close the café like a pro — keys, confidence, and a smile
- Lead your team through morning rushes, lunchtime crowds, and weekend buzz
- Keep our pastry displays gorgeous and our café sparkling clean
- Hype up teammates, coach with kindness, and celebrate wins big and small
- Deliver service that makes guests feel like VIPs (because they are!)
- Rock cash handling, shift notes, and all the important stuff
- Support inventory, ordering, and keeping products fresh & fabulous
- Solve problems calmly — even when things get extra spicy
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of Key Holder or supervisory experience in a café or bakery
- Thrive in high-volume and love fast-paced energy
- Franchise experience? Huge bonus!
- A natural leader with great communication and good vibes
- Ready to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for long periods, and jump into any task
- Flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Loves pastries. Like… really loves pastries.
