Exterior Painting Crew Member (2+ Years Experience)

216 Painting is looking for dedicated, hard-working individuals to join our team. What You’ll Need:

• Transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• Comfortability with ladders (up to 40 ft)
• Openness to feedback—we hold a high standard
• Strong teamwork skills

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Communicating with homeowners/clients
• Caulking, reglazing, masking, taping, scraping
• Moving ladders and materials
• Rolling, cutting, and spraying
• Job site cleanup and general ladder work
