What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage daily store operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Drive exceptional customer service and create positive experiences for every guest.
- Manage labor and food costs to optimize profitability while maintaining high standards.
- Assist in training and developing staff to ensure strong team performance and individual growth.
- Handle inventory and ordering to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.
- Work closely with the store manager to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Some knowledge of Labor and Food Cost management is required.
- Exceptional guest service skills.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive, high-energy work environment.
