Position Overview
The Pre-Roll Production Crewmember is responsible for preparing, filling, rolling, weighing, packaging, and labeling pre-rolled cannabis products in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency in execution, cleanliness, and the ability to meet daily production goals while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.
Pre-Roll Production Crewmember duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Grind, fill, roll, and finish pre-rolls according to company quality standards
- Weigh and quality-check pre-rolls to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Package and label products in compliance with all state regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production workspace
- Follow all SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
- Meet established daily and weekly production targets
- Identify and report quality concerns or equipment issues
- Assist with inventory tracking of raw materials and supplies
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency and productivity
