Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and video calls, building immediate rapport and trust.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client investment goals and financial objectives.
- Present investment property opportunities, clearly articulating value propositions and potential returns.
- Manage and nurture your sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Address client inquiries and overcome objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless closing process.

Compensation
This role offers significant earning potential, with expected annual earnings ranging from $65,000 to $220,000 USD, driven by your performance and success in closing deals.
