21 Burgers & Wings is looking to bring on experienced bartenders/mixologists to join our team.

As a Bartender at 21 Burgers & Wings, you’ll be responsible for crafting both classic and creative cocktails with precision, while delivering an engaging and memorable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, and beer according to our recipes and standards
- Be knowledgeable about our full food and drink menu (21 wing flavors 100 beers/craft cockails)
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks efficiently
- Provide recommendations and confidently guide guest choices
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Check customer identification and ensure compliance with legal drinking age
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Support the development of new cocktails and seasonal features
- Keep a consistently upbeat, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Requirements
- Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Ability to stay organized and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
- Open or flexible availability (nights and weekends required)
- Beer knowledge is a major plus
