About the Role
General Laborers support daily operations by handling materials, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and assisting production teams. This is a hands-on role within an active industrial environment where consistent, reliable work is valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials
- Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas
- Assist with staging materials and supporting production tasks
- Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided)
- Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Report hazards, equipment issues, or incidents promptly
- Support general labor needs across the facility as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work hard
- Interest in long-term growth and advancement
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Comfortable working indoors/outdoors and around industrial equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
- Prior labor, warehouse, or construction experience is helpful but not required
Pay & Schedule
- $13.00–$16.00 per hour depending on experience
- Full-time, on-site role at the Gulfport facility
- Overtime may be available
