Now Hiring – Skilled Landscape Installers / Crew Leaders
208 Specialties is growing and looking for a couple solid guys to join the team.
We are looking for people with experience in:
- Paver patios
- Retaining walls
- Hardscapes
- Irrigation installs and repairs
- Sod and full lawn installs
- Landscape renovations and new construction installs
- Grading, prep, and equipment operation
We need people who know how to get the job done the right way, pay attention to detail, and take pride in quality work. You have to be willing to work hard, move with urgency, and do more than just sit in a machine all day. We need guys who can jump in wherever needed and help make the job successful.
Crew leader experience is a big plus. Looking for people who can run a job when needed, keep things moving, and make sure work gets done even if I’m not on site.
Most importantly, I want trustworthy people with a positive attitude who want to grow with the company. If you are just looking for a paycheck, this probably is not the place for you.
