General Foreman – Electrical Construction (Atlanta)
We’re hiring a General Foreman to lead field execution across multiple electrical projects in the Atlanta market.
This is a high-impact leadership role with a contractor that’s been around 40 years, has a stellar reputation, and a strong pipeline of work locally—with the ability to support projects across neighboring states.
What you’ll do:
- Lead multiple jobsites and support Foremen in the field
- Own manpower planning, productivity, and execution
- Drive labor performance through tracking WIP reviews
- Partner with project teams on planning and prefab strategy
- Ensure quality, code compliance, and consistency across projects
- Help hire, develop, and elevate field talent
What we’re looking for:

- Someone who takes ownership and drives results—not just manages
Why this role:
