2020 Exhibits, Inc., is looking for a full-time junior level 3D Exhibit Designer to join our creative team. Are you outrageously passionate about design, looking to learn, collaborate, and bring your ideas to life? As an exhibit designer with 2020 Exhibits you will work with stakeholders and team members to activate clients' brands across a broad range of exhibit, event and environments projects. As a member of the 3D design team, you will work with clients and internal teams to develop creative concepts for tradeshow exhibits, events and environments from idea to reality. You will not only help drive the creative process but also ensure client's vision is maintained throughout the project life-cycle. 

Pay is commensurate to experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday-8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Ask questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.
• Work in a team environment including creative staff, sales, clients, marketing, estimating, and project management.
• While navigating deadlines and budgetary considerations, consistently develop projects that are high-quality, on-brand and on time.
• Pitch ideas confidently and present creative vision clearly to clients and members of the project team.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in interactive and display technologies.

Requirements:

• A degree in design or related field or equivalent experience.
• One to three years’ experience as a 3D designer in exhibits and environments. Internships and relevant portfolio experience will be considered.
• Portfolio/work samples demonstrative of creativity and capability as an exhibit designer.
• Familiarity with 3ds Max (or similar 3D software) & Adobe CS as design tools for concept development and presentation.
• Possess an understanding of industry technical knowledge and demonstrate a passion for design, creativity, and continued education to learn through experience on the job.
• Desire to work with stakeholders, internal teams, and clients to understand detailed requirements and ensure they are met or exceeded.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate creative intent, concepts, ideas, and solutions.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
• Be open to feedback and constructive criticism.
