Achieve and surpass sales goals while guiding customers to their ideal Google TV products and accessories within an assigned market. Pay: Starting at $18.00 Hourly; Pay based on experience (Location Specific Hourly) weekly, monthly contests, and incentives

Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday

Location: Travel to multiple stores within the assigned market

Job Description

  • Drive Sales Growth: Effectively promote Google TV within an assigned market to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Cultivate Retailer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at your assigned Best Buy locations
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Ensure a great experience for end consumers by demonstrating expert knowledge of Google TV and providing outstanding service
  • Maximize Product Placement: Optimize in-store product presence to enhance brand visibility and ensure customer engagement
  • Provide Product Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor, educating Best Buy associates and customers on the features and benefits of Google TV
  • Execute Sales Strategies: Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives
  • Report Insights and Analyze Trends: Track sales performance, analyze competitor trends, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement

  • Drives Results: Proven ability to consistently drive results and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment. This includes a track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency, and a commitment to achieving measurable outcomes
  • Influences Retail Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence retail partners and build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, specifically with store leadership. Team members will communicate effectively and present compelling arguments that resonate with retailers' needs and priorities
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring high satisfaction levels. This includes actively listening to customers' needs, providing knowledgeable, helpful assistance, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Situational Adaptability: Highly adaptable with the ability to demonstrate situational adaptability and adjust sales strategies to meet evolving market conditions and retailer needs. This involves being flexible and responsive to change and having the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new OS, products, processes, and technologies
  • Self-Starter: A proactive and driven self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively. This includes taking initiative, setting priorities, and demonstrating a strong work ethic with minimal supervision
  • Product Knowledge: The ability to acquire and sustain a high level of product knowledge regarding Google TV devices and the broader ecosystem, and effectively communicate it to retailers and customers. This includes the capacity to quickly grasp technical information, understand product features and benefits, and express them clearly and concisely
  • Must possess reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple stores and be available for occasional overnight assignments – a Valid Driver's License Required
  • Physical Requirements: Lift and move displays weighing 25 lbs. or more
