What You'll Do:
- Be the welcoming face and voice of our office, greeting patients with a warm smile (and making their day!).
- Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and coordinating to keep everything running smoothly.
- Handle front office tasks, such as answering phones, processing paperwork, and updating patient records.
- Provide first-class customer service and assist patients with any questions or concerns they have.
- Keep the front office organized and make sure things are always running like clockwork.
What We Need from You:
- Exceptional verbal skills—you’ll be talking to patients, families, and the team all day long, so a friendly, clear, and confident voice is a must!
- A passion for helping people and being a team player—we love a good laugh and are all about a positive work environment.
- Great organizational skills to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently.
- Previous office experience is a must (bonus points if you've worked in a dental office before!).
