Minimum Hiring Wage: From $39.37 per hour Job Details: Scheduled Hours: 7:00pm - 7:30am, every other weekend Job Description: A Brief Overview Facilitates the efficient transfer of patients between facilities. The Transfer Center Coordinator is a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for coordinating the safe, timely, and efficient transfer of patients into, out, and within the healthcare system. This role serves as a central point of communication between referring facilities, physicians, nursing leadership, bed management, and ancillary departments to ensure appropriate placement of patients based on clinical needs, bed availability, and organizational capabilities. This role ensures compliance with regulations and maintains detailed records for quality assurance.
