Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to: Takes guests orders in a timely fashion Responsible for serving, bussing and streamlining service at table and counter seating Actively up sells products and uses endorsements at all appropriate service opportunities Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains all legal beverage service guidelines Prepares and breaks down service stations in accordance with dining room standards Assists guests with any general casino information, when needed Minimum Education and Qualifications: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment Good verbal and written communication skills Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and co-workers in English Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: Knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, glassware, garnishes and beverage service techniques Knowledge and skill in all check reconciliation procedures including, cash, comps, credit cards, coupons, players club points, vouchers and gift cards Training Requirements: Previous food server or cashiering experience Physical Demands and Work Environment: Must be able to stand for long periods of time with frequent lifting and bending Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with the job.
