As part of our team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including: Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), 401k, Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance.General Responsibility:The duties of the Multi Family Plumbing Project Manager include being responsible for successfully managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, quality assurance, productivity accountability, project financials, document control, procurement, submittals and processing change orders. The Project Manager is also responsible for all essential functions to ensure that the expected levels of profitability, quality and safety are obtained, including bids, scheduling, and coordinating all processes from the project acquisition stage through final construction.Significant Duties:Oversee contract processing from negotiation through execution, including change order processingCoordinate and supervise plumbing layout design from conception to completionManage the process and quality of installation through communication with on-site supervisors and on-site visitsCoordinate and supervise the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipmentSchedule and monitor all activities of manpower, including worker productivity and safetyReview weekly job reports to ensure that all costs are within budget guidelines and production remains on scheduleRecommend adjustments to budgets and schedules when necessaryReview and approve monthly job billing, assist in collection of past due accountsCommunicate with on-site Supervisors, Builders and appropriate departments regarding production, material, manpower needs and changesResponsible for the maintenance of all files related to the specific job tasksFollow all safety procedures on the jobsiteTravel to different jobsites as directed by managementBelieves in and champions 20/20’s core values and inspires others to do the sameFollows health and safety standards and complies with building codesOther duties or projects as assignedSkills and Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentBachelor’s degree in construction science or related fields, or an equivalent certification, is preferredA California Drivers' License, with a clean DMV record is requiredJourney-Level Certification in the trade of plumbingFive years’ or more of plumbing installation proceduresExtensive knowledge and work experience in the trade of plumbing and general constructionGood oral and written communication skills are needed, as are leadership skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organizational and administrative skillsProficiency with typing skills and Microsoft Office and Excel Software programsAbility to work in a team environment and independentUses independent judgment and discretion in prioritizing and managing situationsMust be willing to work a flexible schedule, overtime and weekends as requiredFamiliarity with computers and software programs for job costing, scheduling, and estimatingAbility to be flexible, decisive, and work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentCoordinate several major activities at once, while analyzing and resolving specific problemsEstablish and maintain good working relationships with many different people inside and outside of the companyPhysical Requirements: The position of Multi Family Plumbing Project Manager requires that you are able to lift objects that weight up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder, squat, kneel, twist, bend, and work above head and below waist. Exposed to work in outdoor and indoor weather conditions. Ability to sit long periods, stand, walk, climb stairs and use of hands, fingers, wrists, and arms. Salary : $85,000 - $120,000
