What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Engineer position at 20 20 Custom Molded Plastics?
The Project Engineer is responsible for:
- Track and drive tooling projects to ensure tooling is built on time and to 20/20 Custom Molded Plastics standards. This position will work closely with the Corporate Engineering Department in Holiday City, Ohio.
- Drive and coordinate projects as assigned.
- Develop and install secondary operations as required.
- Produce tooling and machinery layouts as required.
- Aid in quoting process.
- Develop, manage, and install jigs, fixtures and secondary equipment.
- Project design
- Experience with 3D Modeling and project management helpful
- Solidworks and experience working in the plastics industry.
- General Engineering functions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and training
Minimum of a two-year degree.
Technical Requirements
This candidate should have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Solidworks, 3D Modeling and current inventory systems and programs.
