Sales Closer (Commission-Based)

We’re hiring a serious salesperson for 2 Tone Boxing Club.

You will be expected to:

• Close people in person
• Close people over the phone
• Close people who are ready
• Close people who are NOT ready

Excuses don’t matter.
Conditions don’t matter.

You either close, or you don’t last.

What You’ll Do:

• Sell memberships daily (high volume)
• Sell programs challenges over the phone
• Sell personal training packages ($1K–$2K)
• Follow up, handle objections, and ask for the sale — every time
• Own the outcome of every conversation

Pay Structure:

• Commission-based (small base)
• Paid per sale

Earnings:

• Weak performers: ~$300/week (won't last a month)
• Average: $600–$1,200/week
• Killers: $2,000–$3,000 /week

No cap.

If you don’t sell, you don’t get paid.

Schedule:

• 15–30 hours/week
• Evenings Saturdays required
• In-person phone sales

• Confident talking to anyone
• Doesn’t need motivation or babysitting
• Takes control of conversations
• Hates losing more than they like winning

Who This Is NOT For:

• Needs guaranteed income
• Blames leads, pricing, or timing
• Gets uncomfortable asking for money
• Low energy, low urgency
