Excavation Sewer Project ManagerFull-Time | Field & Office BasedWe are seeking an experienced Excavation Sewer Project Manager to oversee underground sewer and utility projects from start to finish. Ability to coach and train as needed. This role manages permitting, traffic control plans, inspections, as-builts, crews, vendors, and budgets to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Excavation Sewer Project Manager must have the ability to be on site assisting with excavation and repairs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage sewer and underground utility projects from award to closeoutObtain and manage city, county, and right-of-way permitsDevelop and submit traffic control plans (TCPs)Coordinate inspections and ensure regulatory compliance (DOT, OSHA, municipal)Read and interpret civil drawings and utility plansManage schedules, labor, materials, and equipmentTrack job costs, change orders, and project profitabilityPrepare and finalize accurate as-built documentationServe as primary contact for municipalities, inspectors, and customersQualifications5 years of excavation, Pipe Lining, underground utility, or sewer construction experienceProject management experience preferredCoaching and training as neededAbility to be onsite assisting with excavation/ repairsStrong knowledge of municipal permitting processesExperience with traffic control requirementsAbility to read civil/utility plansStrong budgeting and organizational skillsValid driver’s licenseMust be able to pass a background checkPreferredPublic works or right-of-way project experienceDOT/OSHA knowledgeTraffic Control Supervisor (TCS) certification
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
