2 Peas in a Pod Lawn Services is hiring dedicated and dependable lawn & landscape crew members! We're offering up to 50 hours per week (40 hrs standard 10 hrs bonus time), weekly pay, and performance-based bonuses in a positive, growth-oriented work environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform general lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, and pruning
- Assist with landscaping projects such as plant installs, mulch, sod, and grading
- Operate hand tools and landscape equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and complete jobs efficiently
- Work as part of a respectful and hard-working team
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license required
- Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (but not required)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and perform outdoor physical labor
- Basic understanding of plant care and landscape tools is a plus
- Strong work ethic, team player, and ready to learn and grow
