Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for a variety of roles, including technical, executive, campus, and internal positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo to manage candidate pipelines efficiently and accurately.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies through social media management, HR sourcing techniques, cold calling, and research to identify high-potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviewing processes, assessing technical skills, cultural fit, and potential for long-term success within the organization.
- Negotiate employment offers and contracts with candidates while maintaining compliance with employment and labor laws.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent management advice.
- Coordinate employee orientation sessions and assist in onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HRIS platforms such as SAP PeopleSoft, UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, Paychex, and Workday for accurate record keeping.
- Support training & development initiatives by identifying talent gaps and assisting in succession planning efforts.
- Engage in employer branding activities on social media platforms to enhance our talent acquisition presence.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor hiring practices to refine sourcing strategies continuously.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws by understanding contracts, employee relations policies, and HR best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting across multiple disciplines including technical recruiting, executive search, campus recruitment, and internal staffing.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions positively.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, or similar systems; experience with HRIS solutions like SAP PeopleSoft or UltiPro is preferred.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
- Experience with social media management for talent sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship management—building trust with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Skills in research techniques for talent lead generation and market analysis.
- Experience with sales techniques such as cold calling to proactively reach potential candidates.
