Job Opportunity: Specialized Woodworker / Carpenter
Are you a skilled woodworker who isn't afraid to get your hands dirty? We are a premier termite company looking for a dedicated professional to join our structural repair team. This isn't just a bench job—you’ll be applying your craft to restore the integrity of homes by replacing wood damaged by termites and rot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structural Repair: Remove and replace damaged floor joists, sills, sub-flooring, and decorative exterior wood.
- Precision Work: Use carpentry skills to ensure repairs are structurally sound and aesthetically consistent with the original build.
- Site Navigation: Confidently operate in crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas to access damaged sections.
- Safety & Elevation: Regularly utilize extension ladders and scaffolding for second-story or roof-line repairs.
- Tool Management: Expertly operate and maintain a variety of power and hand tools.
Requirements:
- Carpentry Experience: Proven track record in residential or commercial woodworking/carpentry.

- Plumbing experience is a plus.
- Physical Agility: Ability to work comfortably in tight, dark, or cramped environments (crawl spaces).
- Ladders & Heights: Comfortable working on extension ladders at various heights.
- Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license and a history of safe driving are mandatory.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew.
Bonus Points:
- Prior experience in the termite industry.
- Knowledge of wood-destroying organism (WDO) repair standards.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
