Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fence Installer role based in Anson, TX. The Fence Installer will measure and lay out fence lines, dig post holes, mix and pour concrete, and set posts and panels according to job specifications. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, operating basic hand and power tools, and assisting with site preparation and cleanup. The role involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions, following safety procedures, and collaborating with a small crew to complete projects on schedule. The Fence Installer will also interact with customers on-site in a professional manner and support the team with any additional installation-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials, digging, and working on your feet for extended periods.
