Job Overview
As a Loader/Unloader, you will assist with moving, organizing, and preparing freight for shipment or distribution. You will work alongside team members to help keep warehouse operations running efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight, packages, and materials from trucks or containers
- Receive and organize incoming shipments in designated areas
- Stage items for outbound shipment or internal distribution
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping
- Assist with palletizing, wrapping, and basic loading preparation
- Use basic scanning or inventory tracking systems as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new tasks
