Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner/Janitorial Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities by performing a wide range of cleaning tasks.
Duties
- Position is Monday-Friday, 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm., 20 hours weekly
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas.
- Handle chemical agents safely while applying cleaning solutions, disinfectants, and sanitation products in accordance with safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of all office, breakrooms and restroom facilities.
- Follow all safety procedures during cleaning activities to prevent accidents or chemical
Requirements
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety protocol adherence
- Ability to handle chemical agents safely and operate cleaning equipment effectively
- Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients or building occupants.
