Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Recruiting Coordinator to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and drive excellence across our recruiting operations. In this high-impact role, you will drive coordination efforts, implement best practices, and serve as the go-to partner for both recruiters and hiring teams. You’ll play a key role in scaling our hiring processes, ensuring consistency, and continuously improving operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys optimizing systems that support world-class hiring.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead interview scheduling and logistics across multiple departments with precision and speed
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to offer
Drive improvements in recruiting operations, identifying and implementing scalable processes and tools
Train and mentor recruiting coordinators or new team members, sharing best practices and ensuring consistency
Maintain accurate candidate data and reporting within our ATS and internal systems
Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts, last-minute changes, or logistical challenges
Act as the main point of contact for candidate-related communications and scheduling questions
7 years of experience in a recruiting coordination or recruiting operations role, ideally in a fast-paced tech or hardware environment
Proven ability to manage complex scheduling across time zones and stakeholders with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills with a candidate-first mindset and high level of professionalism
Experience using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and ATS platforms
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
Demonstrated initiative and ownership in improving recruiting systems, workflows, or candidate experience
Ability to work 100% onsite
Benefits & Compensation
Salary Range: $90,000 – $115,000
