You Will
- Support daily operations including machine setup, part loading, cleaning, and basic tool handling
- Observe and assist with CNC machining, inspection, and routine maintenance tasks
- Learn to read part drawings and interpret basic G-code
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment
- Take on progressively more technical responsibilities as experience grows
Must Have
- Strong interest in manufacturing and a desire to learn CNC operations from the ground up
- Comfortable working with machines, tools, and in a hands-on environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing consistently
- Eagerness to grow into a full-time technical role in a robotics-focused manufacturing setting
