What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development / Sales (Immigration Law Firm) position at 1up Park Inc.?
We are a fast-growing immigration-focused legal team working on cases such as H1B, L1, O1, NIW, and EB1.
Our clients include international students, working professionals, founders, and high-net-worth individuals.
We are looking for someone who can own conversations with clients and drive deals forward — not just respond to inquiries.
What you’ll be doing:
- Speak with potential clients and understand their situation
- Guide them through options and move them toward a decision
- Convert qualified leads into signed clients
- Build and manage your own channels (referrals, partnerships, communities, etc.)
- Maintain relationships and generate repeat business and referrals
- Work closely with attorneys to ensure a smooth onboarding process

- Comfortable leading conversations and moving things forward
- Self-driven — you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Has their own way of selling (not script-dependent)
Nice to have:
- Background in immigration, education, consulting, or high-ticket sales
- BD / partnership experience
- Familiar with Chinese or international communities
- Mandarin is a plus
Compensation:
- Base commission (uncapped)
- Strong earning potential based on performance
