What You’ll Do
This is a hybrid role supporting both kitchen and service operations. You’ll play a key part in keeping everything clean, organized, stocked, and running efficiently:
Dishwashing & Sanitation
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
- Operate dish machines or three-compartment sinks safely and efficiently
- Inspect and sort items to prevent damage or loss
- Maintain a clean and sanitary dish area, including floors, walls, drains, and equipment
- Follow proper chemical usage and sanitation standards at all times
- Keep kitchen, back-of-house areas and restrooms clean, safe, and organized
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors, mats, drains, and work areas
- Empty trash and maintain clean waste and recycling areas
- Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and storage areas
- Assist with restroom and common area cleanliness as assigned
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, dishware, and kitchen essentials
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing deliveries
- Transfer supplies between storage and work areas
- Help maintain proper stock levels throughout the shift
- Prepare ingredients including chopping, cutting, portioning, and basic cooking support
- Assist with assembling menu items and supporting the kitchen team during high-volume periods
- Follow recipes and food safety procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain clean and organized prep, cooking, and storage areas
- Run food to guests quickly and accurately when needed
- Support bar operations by washing and restocking glassware
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar dish areas
- Communicate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Team player with a strong work ethic; 1–2 years kitchen experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred
- Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong communication, listening, and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay organized and work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Works in a friendly, honest, and respectful manner with team members and leadership

- Ability to help identify efficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and maintain proper execution standards
- Ability to stand and move continuously for extended periods (8 hour shifts)
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 25–50 pounds regularly
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, squat, sweep, and mop frequently
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands, arms, and wrists (scrubbing, lifting, chopping)
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, and humid environments
- Ability to work around heat, steam, water, and cleaning chemicals safely
- Ability to move quickly and safely in tight, crowded, and high-traffic areas
- Ability to maintain balance while carrying items on slippery surfaces
- Ability to push and pull carts, racks, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to use hands continuously for gripping, handling, and operating tools and equipment
- Ability to hear and respond to instructions in a loud, fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain stamina, focus, and efficiency during long and busy shifts
- Must be 21
- Must be available to work days, nights, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to obtain required food safety certifications
- Must maintain proper uniform and personal appearance standards
